Chicken Supreme

I was a newlywed when my mother-in-law, Ann Ellis, shared this recipe with me.  It is still a family favorite! This casserole freezes well.

Ingredients:
3 whole boneless chciken breasts
1 pint sour cream
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 lb magarine
8 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Preparation:
Cook chicken and cube.  Save broth.  Mix chicken with sour cream and soup.  Put in bottom of greased 2 qt. casserole.  Mix stuffing with melted margarine and broth. Spread stuffing over chicken mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
