Sleepy Time Blast

Get a better night's sleep with this sleep-inducing Blast!  High in muscle-relaxing magnesium and cherries rich in melatonin, which helps you get to sleep faster, you'll be getting zzzz's in a way you never knew could taste so good!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful almonds
  • 1/4 cup cherries
  • 1 tbsp. flax seed
  • Almond milk to Max Line
Directions
Add ingredients and extract 30 seconds or until smooth
