Ingredients:
1 cup milk, scalded
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine (or butter)
Cook above 3 ingredients then cool.
1 tablespoon dry yeast 1/4 cup warm water. (Dissolve yeast in warm water).
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
4 to 4½ cups flour

Preparation:
Combine ingredients. Beat well, let rise 1 hour. Punch down, let rise 3/4 hour. Bake at 350° F. for 35 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
