Blood Pressure Ambrosia

This Avocado Ambrosia is perfect for heart health.  Avocado is a blood pressure-lowering superfood and cacao has been shown to ward off cardiovascular disease.  This recipe is also high in mono saturated fats, which decrease inflammation and lower saturated triglyceride levels-helping achieve lower cholesterol.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup blueberries 
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • Water to Max Line
Directions

Add ingredients and extract until smooth.
