Arthritis Pain Elixir

Arthritis pain is often caused by inflammation inn the joints, which can be relieved with healing foods. Cherries, parsley, and turmeric are just a few of the foods known for their inflammation-fighting powers.

Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup pitted cherries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Water to Max Line
Directions

Add ingredients and extract until smooth.
