Chai Chia Blast

Delicious chai spices make this Blast a tasty treat!  A little bit of chia helps give your body a healthy dose of omega-3 fatty acids and a hint of maca will help balance out your hormones while adding a nutty flavor to your drink.  

Ingredients


  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 date
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1/2 inch ginger root
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups water
Directions

Add ingredients and extract until smooth.
